Express FitJoin us early and get your workout done 1st thing in the morning with this 40-min full-body workout utilizing TRX straps, Kettlebells, dumbbells and calisthenics. Each workout will finish with a concentrated ab shred to really burn and improve your core strength and appearance. With this Express class you can take time for your health and still get to work on time and the kids to school.  All fitness levels welcome (40 min) $$$
