Body Works w/ Michelle

Body Works- A class that focuses on strength, flexibility and endurance. We use TRX straps, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls and Bosu balls to build strength and keep variety in your workouts. With this class it is “All Core, All the Time” All Fitness Levels (1 Hour)  *Group Fitness #3*

A low impact class with alternating intervals and movements.  Set up at stations with equipment utilizing ball, bands with handles, low steps and hand weights. Targeting muscular strength and designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as balance for the active senior.  For the Young at Heart 65+ (1 Hour)  *Racquetball Court*
