Excellent gym, always very clean and staff is friendly and greet you as you walk in the door! They recently remodeled the weight rooms and the set up is way better now. If you want to hit legs all the leg equipment is in the same room, if you want to hit upper body all of that equipment is close to each other. Great atmosphere and you really get the feeling of that classic gym vibe.Jon

I love that they had NO sign up/membership fees!! All straight forward with a monthly fee!! A lot of classes offered! Have a sauna and tanning beds!!
