While being a family-owned and operated business since the 1980s, the gym we know and love now as Anderson Family Fitness underwent a name and ownership change in 2014 where the building was renovated and the focus on family was fully emphasized. We are a gym who welcomes all fitness levels and all ages. Whether you are a body builder, marathon runner, or someone just starting out, whether you are a new mom, have a couple of teenagers or are in your senior years, you will be embraced by our friendly, award-winning staff. Our passion to help others and be an integral part of our wonderful community has awarded Anderson Family Fitness with being recognized with many awards over the past ten years including two-time Business of the Year, Best Customer Service, and Distinguished Service.
When joining Anderson Family Fitness, you are not just joining a gym, you become a member of our gym family where you will be encouraged to achieve all of your goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. With our comfortable floor plan, you will be at ease navigating your way through the gym. We truly have something for everyone. Our nearly 20,000 sq ft. building boasts 4 free-weight and nautilus rooms, 3 cardio rooms, a spin studio, two group fitness rooms, a Kid’s Club, three tanning bed options, indoor/outdoor basketball, racquetball and locker rooms with showers and saunas.
We offer a free personal training session with every membership. Our trainers are highly certified and qualified in fitness and nutrition to help you get started. We also offer a pro shop with apparel, supplement shop and are the new home to Fresh Fuel, a blended smoothie shop.
Looking to the future, we are beyond excited to continue to reward our long-standing members with their original rates as long as they keep their membership in good standing. We are proud to be one of the only gyms to NOT impose an annual maintenance fee. We continue to strive to maintain affordable membership rates with top-notch facilities and equipment.
