Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning- The Zumba Toning program takes the original Zumba dance to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight dumbbells.  This Zumba program uses the combination rhythms merengue, hip hop, salsa and reggaeton-cumbia.  All Fitness Levels (1 Hour)

Class Schedule:

** Please be on time for classes¬∑ “Late comers” will not be permitted to attend.
