Full Body Sculpt

Full Body Sculpt- This class will have you burning calories and toning those muscles with dumbbell, body weight and resistance band exercises.  Come sweat out all the days stress and feel like a whole new person in just 1 hour.  This class is taught by Amy who is also one of our Lifestyle instructors.  Most Fitness Levels (1 Hour)
